The company’s offices are located in Rome, in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, nr.39.

The company’s aims include the following activities:

• Design, production and management of distance-learning scientific, didactic and vocational training courses both at European and international level.
• Conception, design and management of services aimed at supporting both traditional and distance teaching, on the Internet and/or on other telematic, terrestrial television, satellite and digital networks.
• Conception, development and processing of software packages
• Management and supply of access to databases
• Sale of online educational services
• Production and distribution of books, journals and CD-Roms, even in agreement with publishing houses

The company is managed by Board of Directors including between two and nine members, shareholders or non shareholders, appointed by the Assembly.

Directors hold office for a period fixed by the Assembly that appointed them and may be re-elected.
